BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 22-2015, amending Section 16-59 of the Code of Ordinances, Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is amended in part to correct a clerical error regarding the amount of the fee for sanitary sewer service for residential users subject to Schedule A, by amending subsection 16-59(a)(2) to read as follows:
(a) Schedule A: Rates and charges shall be as follows:

(2) For all amounts in excess of one unit of usage, users shall be charged at the following unit cost, as established by the commissioner of environmental quality, in accordance with the provisions of this Code:
Flow per 1 unit of incoming water . . . $4.29 effective July 1, 2015, and $4.80 effective July 1, 2016
Section 2 - That the remainder of Ordinance No. 22-2015 is unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
