BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Gresham Smith for a site evaluation and development of a master plan for the Coldstream Industrial Park 200 acre site, increasing the Contract amount by $887 for provision and administration of the project website from May 7, 2021 to June 30, 2021.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $887.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Gresham Smith from account #1144-136103-0001-71299.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
