Summary

Authorization to execute a Consent and Release Agreement with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Granting the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and Contractors temporary construction access to build a shared use path from LT Sta. 407+84 to Sta. 2+62 and a new park entrance at Sta. 418+95 connecting the park’s access Rd.ways. This work is to be done as part of safety improvements to Richmond Road, Project 9528001D, Federal Number HSIP 9010 (353), “Richmond Road RCUTs”. No Budgetary impact. (L0039-22) (Conrad/Ford)

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Consent and Release Agreement with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Granting temporary access to LFUCG property to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and the Cabinet’s Contractors, in order to build a shared use path and a new entrance connecting Jacobson Park’s access Rd.ways, as part of safety improvements to Richmond Road.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
