BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Lexington Truck Sales, Inc.; Kron International, Inc. d/b/a Bluegrass International; Clarke Power Services, Inc.; Lexington Auto Spring Co.; and Worldwide Equipment, establishing price contracts for Heavy Duty Truck Repairs, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
