BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Urban County Council hereby reallocates $203,227.94 in federal funds (ARPA) (Resolution No. 0630-22), which was previously awarded to Awesome U, LLC., Bluegrass Community and Technical College, FoodChain, Inc., Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc., and Opportunity Workshop of Lexington, Inc., for other workforce needs and opportunities, which shall include improvements at Charles Young Center ($25,161.11) and Davis Park ($53,066.83).

                     Section 2 -That the Mayor, or her designee, is hereby authorized, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute agreements with Child Care Council of Kentucky, Inc. ($50,000.00), Jubilee Jobs of Lexington, Inc. ($18,750.00), Lexington Rescue Mission, Inc. ($18,750.00), Opportunity Workshop of Lexington, Inc. ($18,750.00), and Home Builders Association of Lexington, Inc. ($18,750.00) to allocate these funds for workforce needs and opportunities.

                     Section 3 - That the Mayor, or her designee, is hereby authorized, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute any other documents with any of the aforementioned entities related to the use of these funds.                     

                     Section 4 - That an amount, not to exceed $125,000.00, is hereby authorized for payment to Child Care Council of Kentucky, Inc. ($50,000.00), Jubilee Jobs of Lexington, Inc. ($18,750.00), Lexington Rescue Mission, Inc. ($18,750.00), Opportunity Workshop of Lexington, Inc. ($18,750.00), and Home Builders Association of Lexington, Inc. ($18,750.00), from account # 3230-13610-78103, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements and contingent upon approval of any necessary budget amendments.

                     Section 5 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of passage.
