BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN
COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 -That subsection line number 350.034 of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
250.044 1 371 114E Information System Specialist Sr.
Section 3 - That Damon Griggs be and hereby is transferred at his current job classification, pay grade and salary from the Division of Waste Management to the Division of Computer Services.
Section 4 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0017, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 5 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on passage.
