BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 3, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the contract with Bluegrass Contracting Corporation for the Idle Hour Park Improvements Project, adding ten (10) days to the work schedule and increasing the contract price by the sum of $81,678.00 from $698,727.35 to $780,405.35.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $81,678.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Bluegrass Contracting Corporation from accounts #1105-606102-6081-90511 and #2606-606102-6081-90511 pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
