BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Frank Parnass, Public Service Supervisor, Grade 111N, $17.802 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective July 14, 2014.
Tamar Chanel Tompkins, Administrative Specialist, Grade 110N, $15.802 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective July 14, 2014.
Ronald Warner, Operations Manager, Grade 116E, $2,153.52 biweekly in the Division of Waste Management, effective July 14, 2014.
Damon Griggs, Information Systems Specialist Sr., Grade 114E, $1,700.00 biweekly in the Division of Waste Management, effective July 14, 2014.
Section 2 - That the following Permanent Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor be and hereby are ratified:

Section 3 - That the following Probationary Sworn Appointments made by the Mayor be and hereby are ratified:
Stephen Stipp, Fire Captain, Grade 316N, $37.949 hourly in the Division of Fire, effective July 3, 2014.
Aaron Cox, Fire Lieutenant, Grade 315N, $17.860 hourly in the Division of Fire, effective July 3, 2014.
Section 4 - That the following unclassified civil service pay increase In the office of the Urban County Council be and hereby is approved:
Robert Bolson, Aide to Council, Grade Z02, from $1,961.60 to $2,157.76, effective June 16, 2014.
Section 5 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
