BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Second Amendment to Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Ridgefield Investments, LLC, for approximately 1,836 square feet of office space located at 4071 Tates Creek Centre Drive.
Section 2 - That the payment of annual rent increases to Ridgefield Investments, LLC, be and hereby is approved, from account # 1101-505507-71302, pursuant to the terms of the Second Amendment to Lease Agreement and subject to sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years.
