BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 – That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No.
Seven (7), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Haire Construction, LLC, for the Phoenix Park Reimagined Project, increasing the Contract price by $31,648.00 and raising the total Contract price to $3,387,046.91.
Section 2 – That an amount, not to exceed the additional sum of $31,648.00, is hereby authorized for payment to Haire Construction, LLC, from account # 2614-707602-7221-91015, pursuant to the terms of Change Order Seven (7).
Section 3 – That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
