BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Professional Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 44-2025), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Calhoun Construction Services, Inc. for the installation of a roof-mounted solar photovoltaic system on Police Sector East.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $56,067.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Mann Solar, from account # 1101-313201-3099-76101 ($19,479.59) and 1105-313201-3099-91012 ($36,587.41), pursuant to the terms of the Professional Services Agreement.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
