BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 1 of Resolution No. 426-23 shall be amended to read as follows:
That the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a multi-year Platform Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and any other necessary Agreement related thereto, with Cayan LLC, for merchant processing services at the City Employee Pharmacy.
Section 2 - That Section 2 of Resolution No. 426-23 shall be amended to read as follows:
That an amount not to exceed $2,000.00, plus an additional amount based upon the volume of credit card transactions, be and hereby is approved for payment to Cayan LLC, from account # 6002-160504-1841-78701, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, and subject to the Budgeting of sufficient funds in future fiscal years.
Section 3 - That, if any Agreement contemplated herein was executed by the Mayor’s designee prior to the passage of this Resolution, the execution of those documents by the Mayor’s designee is hereby ratified.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
