Authorization to accept the Collective Bargaining Agreement between LFUCG and the Bluegrass Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge No. 4, Lieutenants and Captains Unit, and to execute a related Agreement for retroactive pay. A draft copy of the bargaining Agreement showing the changes from the current Contract and the related Agreement are expected to be ratified by the Union no later than May 2, 2022. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Collective Bargaining Agreement by and between the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and Bluegrass Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge No. 4, on behalf of Lieutenants and Captains in the Division of Police, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and hereby is accepted, and further authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute a related Agreement related to retroactive pay, which is also attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
