Summary
Authorization to execute a contract between the Division of Aging and Disability Services and Unified Technologies for the phone system at the new Lexington Senior Center. This contract will provide for the purchase of ShoreTel IP Communications equipment and support for the phone system for the New Senior Center. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the multi-year Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Unified Technologies, for the purchase of the ShoreTel IP Communications telephone equipment and comprehensive support, for the new Lexington Senior Center.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $23,469.77 for FY 2016 account # 2600-606101-90511 and $1,683.40 for FY 2016 account # 1101-606102-71207, be and hereby is approved for payment to Unified Technologies, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
