BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Advanced Eco Systems be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the purchase of Zumro decontamination accessory kits for the Division of Emergency Management, and authorizing the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Advanced Eco Systems related to the procurement of these goods.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $136,362.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Advanced Eco Systems from account #3200-505201-0001-96705 ($136,362.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
