BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Griffith Ballard Towers Resident Council, FoodChain, Living Arts and Science Center, Inc., 16th District PTA c/o Hayes Middle School, The Plantory, Bluegrass Youth Ballet, Vineyard Neighborhood Association, Monticello Neighborhood Association, Inc., Bluegrass Community Foundation, and The Aviation Museum of Kentucky, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Griffith Ballard Towers Resident Council ($625.00), FoodChain ($1,600.00), Living Arts and Science Center, Inc. ($1,075.00), 16th District PTA c/o Hayes Middle School ($675.00), The Plantory ($950.00), Bluegrass Youth Ballet ($1,425.00), Vineyard Neighborhood Association ($1,000.00), Monticello Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($1,000.00), Bluegrass Community Foundation ($2,500.00), and The Aviation Museum of Kentucky, Inc. ($270.00), from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
