BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase replacement pumps and related equipment, as well as installation services thereof, for the Keeneland Pump Station, from Straeffer Pump & Supply, Inc., a sole source provider; and that the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with Straeffer Pump & Supply, Inc., related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $62,260.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Straeffer Pump & Supply, Inc., from account # 4003-303408-3468-92811, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
