Summary
WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper to amend the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County
Government to provide funds for purchase orders and pre-paid expenses rolling from FY 2023 into FY 2024:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE
URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby are amended to provide funds for purchase orders and pre-paid expenses rolling from FY 2023 into FY 2024, and that to effect such Amendments the following appropriations be and hereby are authorized and directed:
) $_ 224,378.21_ _to_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the General Services District-General Fund _from_ various accounts.
) $_19,821.52_ _to_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Full Urban Services District Fund _from_ various accounts.
) $_14,075.70_ _to_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Sanitary Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund _from_ various accounts.
) $_1,177.21_ _to_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Water Quality Management Fund _from_ various accounts.
) $_45,393.22_ _to_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Landfill Fund _from_ various accounts.
) $_126,043.50_ _to_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Medical Insurance Fund _from_ various accounts.
Section 2 - That the purposes of the Budget Amendments and the Accounts to or from which funds are herein appropriated, are detailed in “BUDGET SCHEDULE NO. 0006”, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
