BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointment:
Thomas Clements, Municipal Engineer Sr., Grade 525E, $2,405.36 biweekly in the Division of Engineering, effective April 6, 2015.
Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicant listed in Section 1 may begin employment.
Section 3 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make conditional offers to the following Probationary Sworn Appointments:
