BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Urban County Government hereby authorizes the Mayor to accept Medicaid settlement funds in the amount of $141,789.58, from the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department, for the FY20 Home Network Program, also known as the Kentucky Health Access Nurturing Development Services (HANDS), at the Family Care Center.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, is hereby authorized to execute any necessary documents related to the acceptance of these Funds.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
