BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

      Section 1 - That the bid of Excellance, Inc., in the amount of $245,030.68, for Emergency Care Unit, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid.

      Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $245,030.68, be and hereby is approved for payment to Excellance, Inc., from account #2518-505702-96959, pursuant to the terms of the bid and any necessary agreement.

      Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
