BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 4, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Calhoun Construction, for electrical modifications, New Reynolds Road right in right out at multipurpose field lot, and exterior canopy/soffit framing modifications associated with the new Senior and Therapeutic Center, increasing the total amount by $547,828.28, raising the total Contract amount from $16,561,019.91 to $17,108,848.19.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the additional sum of $547,828.28, is hereby authorized for payment to Calhoun Construction, from account # 2615-606102-90511, pursuant to the terms of Change Order No. 4.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
