BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No.
10 (Final), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with ATS Construction, for the Town Branch Trail Phase 6 (-$699,377.79) and Turn Lanes at Manchester and Forbes Projects (-$24,410.18) in order to reconcile quantities installed for closeout, decreasing the contract price by $723,787.97 and decreasing the total contract price to $5,420,636.83.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
