BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:
Tim Jackson, Public Service Worker, Grade 106N, $11.676 hourly, in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective June 25, 2012.
Guy Stone, Public Service Supervisor, Grade 111N, $19.942 hourly, in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective July 16, 2012.
Ashley Case, Human Resources Manager, Grade 119E, $2,142.96 bi weekly, in the Division of Human Resources, effective July 2, 2012.
Sheila Lewis-Collins, Engineering Technician Sr., Grade 113E, $1,446.88 bi weekly, in the Division of Water Quality, effective July 9, 2012.
Tonia Walters, Administrative Specialist, Grade 110N, $14.443 hourly, in the Division of Revenue, effective July 9, 2012.
Section 2 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor be and hereby are ratified:
Gerald Florence, Microcomputer Support Specialist, Grade 113N, $20.990 hourly, in the Division of Police, effective July 2, 2012.
Section 3 - That the following Probationary Sworn Appointment made by the Mayor be and hereby is ratified:
John Walters, Fire Captain, Grade 316N, $23.039 hourly, in the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, effective June 1, 2012.
Gregory Beck, Fire Captain, Grade 316N, $23.039 hourly, in the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, effective June 1, 2012.
Section 4 - That the following Council Leave hereby is approved:
Dora Bryant, Administrative Specialist Sr., Grade 112N, in the Division of Building Inspection, beginning June 17, 2012 thru July 17, 2012.
Section 5 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
Section 6 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Pay increase in the Office of the Urban County Council made by the Mayor be and hereby is approved:
Dina Melvin, Aide to Council, Grade 000E, from 1,986.96 bi weekly to $2,115.38 bi weekly, in the Council Office, effective July 2, 2012.
