BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Consultant Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 27-2023), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Tate.Hill.Jacobs: Architects Inc., for professional design services of the Police West Roll Call - Envelope and HVAC Improvements project, for the Department of General Services, at a cost not to exceed $288,000.00.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $288,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Tate.Hill.Jacobs: Architects Inc., from account # 1105-707201-91012, pursuant to the terms of the Consultant Services Agreement.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
