BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Contract Modification No. 1 to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways, to increase the reimbursement to the Urban County Government by $60,000.00, from up to $426,000.00 to up to $486,000.00, for operation and maintenance of traffic signals and electrical traffic control devices on the state primary Rd. system.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
