BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with The Salvation Army; Lexington African-American Sports Hall of Fame Incorporated; The Friends of the Parks in Fayette County, Inc.; Kentucky Distinguished Young Women Scholarship Program; Ziva Project Incorporated; and Tates Creek High School Football Boosters, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby
are approved for payment to The Salvation Army ($900.00); Lexington African-American Sports Hall of Fame Incorporated ($1,100.00); The Friends of the Parks in Fayette County, Inc. ($1,600.00); Kentucky Distinguished Young Women Scholarship Program ($1,025.00); Ziva Project Incorporated ($550.00); and Tates Creek High School Football Boosters, Inc. ($500.00), from account #1101-121002-71214, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That amounts, not to exceed the sum stated, be and hereby are approved for internal allocation to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Division of Parks & Recreation ($500.00), from account #1101-121002-71214, pending completion and approval of any necessary Budget amendments.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
