BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Master Services Agreement and related documents, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with TrustedSec, LLC, for technical infrastructure security assessment services, for the Chief Information Officer.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $12,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to TrustedSec, LLC, from account # 1101-210101-0001-71208, pursuant to the terms of the Master Services Agreement and related documents.
Section 3 - That, notwithstanding Section 2 of this Resolution, the Chief Information Officer, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Change Orders for this project up to a cumulative amount not to exceed twenty percent (20%) of the Contract price, subject to the availability of sufficient funds within the above-referenced account number.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
