BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Tait Radio Communications, establishing a price contract for Public Safety Radio System Subscriber Units, for the Division of Police, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amount set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
