BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to accept a Proposal, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, with Kentucky American Water Company, to install an 8-inch water line and master meter at 2075 Parkers Mill Road for Cardinal Run Park North, and to execute any necessary documents related to this project, at a cost not to exceed $91,244.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $91,244.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Kentucky American Water Company, from account # 3230-707602-90319 ($76,244.00), and # 1105-707602-90319 ($15,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the Proposal and any documents executed with Kentucky American Water Company.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
