BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement related to Council Capital Project Expenditure Funds, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Seedleaf, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That the amount, not to exceed the sum stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Seedleaf, Inc. ($13,000.00), from account #1105-121002-91715, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That the approved funds are Council Capital Project Expenditure Funds governed by Part 7 - Council Capital Project Expenditure Policy of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council Rules and Procedures, which is undergoing review to improve the access to and use of the funds, and that the Urban County Council hereby waives the policy guidelines in the abovementioned policy in order to Grant the funds as set forth herein.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
