BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement with the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security under the FY2021 State Homeland Security Grant Program, for the Division of Police Hazardous Device Unit, extending the period of performance through June 30, 2024, and is further authorized to execute any other necessary amendments related to that Agreement.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
