Section 2 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are ap-propriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 59, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3 That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
