BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the amendment, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC., for a material coat increase (contract#222-2022) for a custom fire apparatus truck.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $82,692.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC., from the following accounts $13,892.85 from account# 2612-505707-96957, $22,716.81 from account# 2614-505707-96957 and $46,082.34 from account# 2613-505707-96957.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
