BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit the Grant Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Kentucky Division of Emergency Management and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which Grant funds are in the amount of $871,537.50 Federal funds under the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Flood Mitigation Assistance/Pre-Disaster Mitigation Assistance program, and are for the acquisition and demolition of up to six residential properties on Clarksdale Court along Eastland Park Tributary.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
