BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase Lucas II Chest Compression devices and related equipment and services from Physio Control, Inc., a sole source provider (distributor), and authorizing the Mayor to sign any necessary agreement related to the devices or services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $44,885.25 (CSEPP funds), be and hereby is approved for payment to Physio Control, Inc., from the appropriate accounts at such time as any devices or equipment are purchased, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition and any necessary agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
