BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Purchase of Service Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Baby Health Service, Bluegrass Community Action Agency, Bluegrass Domestic Violence Program, Bluegrass Rape Crisis Center, Bluegrass Technology Center, Carnegie Literacy Center, Center for Women, Children and Families, Chrysalis House, Community Action Council, Hope Center, Kentucky Pink Connection, Kentucky Refugee Ministries, M.A.S.H. Services of the Bluegrass, Mission Lexington, Inc., Moveable Feast Lexington, Nursing Home Ombudsman Program, Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky, Salvation Army, Sunflower Kids, Urban League of Lexington-Fayette County, and YMCA of Central Kentucky, to provide services to the public.
