BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Overhead Door Company of Lexington, Inc., in the amount of $190,000.00, for Replacement of Sally Port Doors at Community Corrections, for the Department of General Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and further authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to enter into the attached Agreement with Overhead Door Company of Lexington, Inc., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $190,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Overhead Door Company of Lexington, Inc., from account #2612-505401-91012, pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
