BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Girls on the Run, Central Kentucky Corporation, Fraternal Order of Police, Bluegrass Lodge Number IV, Inc., Stonewall Community Association, Inc., YMCA of Central Kentucky, Black Church Coalition of the Bluegrass, Inc., Carnegie Center for Literacy and Learning, Dr. Roy P. and Juanita Betz Peterson Arts and Education Fund, Inc., Forest Ridge Maintenance Association, Inc., Lafayette High School Wrestling Booster Club, Assurance for Life, Inc., Casa of Lexington, Inc., Georgetown Neighborhood Association, Inc., Highlands Neighborhood Association, Firebrook Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. and The Southland Association, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Girls on the Run, Central Kentucky Corporation ($1,000.00), Fraternal Order of Police, Bluegrass Lodge Number IV, Inc. ($1,125.00), Stonewall Community Association, Inc. ($500.00), YMCA of Central Kentucky ($1,000.00), Black Church Coalition of the Bluegrass, Inc. ($950.00), Carnegie Center for Literacy and Learning ($800.00), Dr. Roy P. and Juanita Betz Peterson Arts and Education Fund, Inc. ($1,000.00), Forest Ridge Maintenance Association, Inc.
