BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Common Good Community Development Corporation, Greater Gardenside Association, LLC, Allegro Dance Project, Inc., African American Forum, Inc., Stonewall Equestrian Estates Association, Inc., Lexcall 311, Black Male Working Academy, Inc., Golfview Estates Neighborhood Association, Inc, Community Inspired Lexington Inc., Lexington Gay Services Organization, Inc., Community Inspired Lexington, Old Paris Place Community LLC, Partners For Youth Foundation, Inc., Arts Connect, Inc., Black Yarn Inc., Lexarts Inc., 16th District PTA C/O Stonewall PTA, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Common Good Community Development Corporation ($554.00); Greater Gardenside Association, LLC ($1,000.00); Allegro Dance Project, Inc.
