BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Council of Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government does hereby approve and adopt a substantial amendment to the 2011 Consolidated Plan, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to accept additional funds from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, which Grant funds are in the amount of $51,927.00 Federal funds, are for 2011 Emergency Shelter/Emergency Solutions Grant Program, the acceptance of which obligates the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of $51,927.00 as a local match, and establishing and approving a new Community Development Block Grant Project, renovation of the Hope Center Shelter located at 360 West Loudon Avenue,
      Section 2 - That subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 22-79, the Mayor is hereby authorized, in his discretion as Chief Executive Officer of the Urban County Government, to transfer the unencumbered balance of any operating or capital account appropriation to another operating or capital account appropriation within the Grant budget established herein.
      Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
