BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Mt. Carmel Stabilization Group, Inc., in the amount of $19,900.00, for Lansdowne Merrick Soil Stabilization, for the Division of Parks and Recreation, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $19,900.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Mt. Carmel Stabilization Group, Inc., from account #2603-707603-90321, pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
