BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Department of Community Corrections be and hereby is authorized to procure professional services from Cunningham's Consulting Services, LLC, a sole source provider, to provide engineering services for the development of the RFP and bid specification book for the new boiler, water softening system and plumbing modifications at the Division of Corrections, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Cunningham's Consulting Services, LLC related to these services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $35,756.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Cunningham's Consulting Services, LLC, from account # 1105-505401-71299, for the above services pursuant to the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
