BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Waste Management is authorized to purchase electronic vehicle inspection reporting software and other services from Zonar Systems, LLC., a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with Zonar Systems, LLC., related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $82,625.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Zonar Systems, LLC., $62,000.00 from account #1115-303501-71208 and $20,625.00 from account #1115-303501-76102
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
