BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Wyndham Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc.; Palomar Hills Community Association, Inc.; Sunrise Children Services, Inc.; Kentucky Refugee Ministries, Inc.; RadioLex; The Southland Association, Inc.; Redwood Cooperative School, Inc.; Transylvania Park Committee, Inc.; Southern Heights Neighborhood Association, Inc.; Bell Court Neighborhood Association, Inc.; Arbor Youth Services, Inc.; The Lansdowne Neighborhood Association, Inc.; Magnolia Run Carriage Homes, Inc.; and William Wells Brown Neighborhood Association, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby
are approved for payment to Wyndham Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc. ($500.00); Palomar Hills Community Association, Inc. ($1,000.00); Sunrise Children Services, Inc. ($425.00); Kentucky Refugee Ministries, Inc. ($1,709.00); RadioLex ($2,400.00); The Southland Association, Inc. ($1,150.00); Redwood Cooperative School, Inc. ($1,000.00); Transylvania Park Committee, Inc. ($900.00); Southern Heights Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($500.00); Bell Court Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($900.00); Arbor Youth Services, Inc.
