BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Jahnke and Sons Construction, Inc. d/b/a WHP Trainingtowers, in the amount of $613,586.52, for Fire Training Tower, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached agreement with Jahnke and Sons Construction, Inc. d/b/a WHP Trainingtowers related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $613,586.52, be and hereby is approved for payment to Jahnke and Sons Construction, Inc. d/b/a WHP Trainingtowers, from account #2604-505703-90511, pursuant to the terms of the bid and agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
