Section 1 - That the following subsection line number in the unclassified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is amended to read as follows:

Section 2 - That the following subsection line number in the unclassified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is created to read as follows:
050.025 1 105 513N Administrative Specialist
Section 3 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0044, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
