BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Radio Communications Systems, Inc. d.b.a. RCS Communications, establishing a price contract for emergency vehicle lighting and siren system, for the Division of Police, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amount set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
