BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Stonewell Bodies & Machine, Inc., establishing one or more price contracts for the Command Vehicle Upfit, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and that the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the current and similar price contracts with Stonewell Bodies & Machine, Inc. related to the procurement of Command Vehicle Upfits.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
