BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with VIPS: Visually Impaired Preschool Services ($950.00), The Prichard Committee for Academic Excellence ($700.00), Stuart Hall Neighborhood ($1,250.00), LexArts ($1,100.00), and Lexington Rescue Mission ($1,825.00) for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to VIPS: Visually Impaired Preschool Services ($950.00), The Prichard Committee for Academic Excellence ($700.00), Stuart Hall Neighborhood ($1,250.00), LexArts ($1,100.00), and Lexington Rescue Mission ($1,825.00) from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
